This is an original oil painting on canvas titled, The Village, NYC. The vibrant scene depicts the iconic neighborhood in Lower Manhattan. With buildings askew, splicing traffic lights, delivery vans, and pedestrians crossing at random, one can see how much fun the artist was having while creating it. Painted in an impressionistic quality, the artist focused on movement, color, and perspective, giving it a whimsical feel. The painting is signed by the artist on the lower righthand side of the canvas.
