This is an original oil on canvas titled, Red Car in Seattle. The scene depicts, as the title suggests, a bright red car in a homey neighborhood of the Emerald City. Certainly, the image was painted from a photograph the artist himself would have taken on an arriving or departing flight. Evergreens, rooftops, cars, and brush-stroked streets give a sense of the green (and red) Pacific Northwest. The painting is signed by the artist on the lower righthand side of the canvas.
 
Note about oil paintings: slight – if noticeable – chipping may have occurred over time and storage. Mostly along the edges of the canvas where a frame would hide the imperfection/s.
